Kenny James as BARNEY FIFE opened the show and kept the audience in stitches!
Mark Hinds as KENNY ROGERS, Memories Theatre, Pigeon Forge, TN 7-16-01
Mark Hinds as KENNY ROGERS wooed us all with his soft velvety voice, and country good looks.
Lou Nelson as TOM JONES, Memories Theatre, Pigeon Forge, TN 7-16-01
Lou Nelson not only looks and sounds like TOM JONES, he's every bit as sexy!

Christine Llewellyn as PATSY CLINE, Memories Theatre, Pigeon Forge, TN 7-16-01
Christine Llewellyn was a fabulous PATSY CLINE. She has a beautiful voice, and she sure looks like Patsy!

Dave Battah as ROD STEWART, Memories Theatre, Pigeon Forge, TN 7-16-01
Dave Battah as ROD STEWART energized the evening! Here he is performing Hot Legs with a little help from some audience members. Dave changed costumes 4 times for 4 numbers, classic Rod Stewart!

After a short Intermission I saw what I travelled across the continent for.. TOM SADGE as NEIL DIAMOND!

Cherry, Cherry -- Sweet Carolilne

Announcer says....Ladies and Gentlemen,
the JAZZ SINGER himself.... Neil Diamond!
Immediate smile.
Love On The Rocks -- America

Tom Sadge as NEIL DIAMOND, Memories Theatre, Pigeon Forge, TN 7-16-01
There's nothing more classic Neil Diamond than Cherry, Cherry on a Gibson Guitar! And it's not just a prop, Tom plays that guitar!

Tom Sadge as NEIL DIAMOND, Memories Theatre, Pigeon Forge, TN 7-16-01
Everyone knows a little bit of Sweet Caroline he said, and asked the audience to help out and sing along. And we did!

Tom Sadge as NEIL DIAMOND, Memories Theatre, Pigeon Forge, TN 7-16-01
Tom's tribute to the "Legendary Neil Diamond" comes from his heart and soul...and that was obvious in his performance.

Tom Sadge as NEIL DIAMOND, Memories Theatre, Pigeon Forge, TN 7-16-01
A lot of audience interaction in this show. Tom came down and shook hands with people while he sang Sweet Caroline!

Tom Sadge as NEIL DIAMOND, Memories Theatre, Pigeon Forge, TN 7-16-01
He looks like, sounds like, and moves like Neil Diamond! De'Ja Vu, and what a treat!

Tom Sadge as NEIL DIAMOND, Memories Theatre, Pigeon Forge, TN 7-16-01
Love On The Rocks was the ballad Tom sang and his voice matched Neil Diamond's beautifully.

Tom Sadge as NEIL DIAMOND, Memories Theatre, Pigeon Forge, TN 7-16-01
There are big screens on both sides of the stage that show the tribute artist and/or the Legendary artist. It's fascinating to say the least. Tom ended his section of the show on a powerful note with AMERICA ...and I was literally spell-bound. I'm a BIG Neil Diamond fan, (see below) I've seen him in concert many times, and Tom is good!

For the last half of the show, Lou Vuto performs a spectacular Tribute to Elvis!

Lou Vuto as ELVIS PRESLEY, Memories Theatre, July 16, 2001
Suddenly I was LOOKING AT, and HEARING,
The KING of Rock and Roll!
Quite an impact.

Charlie Hodge with Lou Vuto as ELVIS PRESLEY, Memories Theatre, July 16, 2001
The man behind Lou on stage is Special Guest Charlie Hodge. He was Elvis' closest friend, and is known by fans world wide as the person who gave Elvis his water and scarves on stage.

Charlie also sang harmony with Elvis in over 2000 stage performances. This evening he sang harmony with Lou on Lord Help Me Walk Another Mile, and it was absolutely beautiful.

Lou Vuto as ELVIS PRESLEY, Memories Theatre, July 16, 2001
When Lou sang Won't You Be My Teddy Bear girls of all ages came from all directions, bringing Teddy Bears and getting a kiss from The King. And while he kisses them, he continues to sing! He said it was a hard job but someone had to do it.....

Lou Vuto as ELVIS PRESLEY, Memories Theatre, July 16, 2001
Treat Me Like A Fool brought a steady stream of girls to the stage for kisses! Bending over in this outfit can't be any easier for Lou than it was for Elvis, and he kept chuckling. Even laughing he sounds like Elvis! I loved hearing him laugh.

The music for each artist was provided by
HANK MILES
and the
Memories Show Band

It's a fabulous show. I really enjoyed it!

Me'n Elvis, by Charlie Hodge with Charles Goodman

Charlie Hodge wrote a book titled Me'n Elvis that you can buy at the Memories Souvenior Stand, and after the show Charlie is happy to autograph your copy!

It was a real treat to meet Charlie and talk with him. I read his book immediately and it's just fascinating. It's a window back in time...and Charlie puts you there... from the inside. For anyone who loves Elvis Presley, this book is a treasure!

You can also buy Charlie's video called The Elvis I Knew with pictures and home movies most people have never seen. If you're an Elvis fan, you'll definitely want this!

Thank You to Everyone at Memories Theatre for a wonderful time!
